Class Duration: 3 Days Total Hours: 12 Hours (3 Sessions, 4 hours each) Location: Columbus, Ohio This fun, hands-on class is designed for kids aged 13-18 interested in learning the basics of braiding. What You’ll Learn: • Braids & Twists: Braiding and twisting techniques for knotless braids and faux loc styles. • Parting Techniques: Methods for parting and sectioning. • Baby Hairs: How to style baby hairs. • Product Knowledge: Hands-on experimentation to learn what products work best for certain styles and hair types. • Content Creation: Methods for creating social media content. What’s Included: Each child will receive their own mannequin head, clips, combs, and rubber bands to practice and build confidence at home.

Cancellation Policy
Enrollment and Fees: • All enrollment fees are non-refundable. This policy helps protect our business and ensure a smooth experience for all students. Attendance and Rescheduling for Group Classes: • The Beginner, Advanced, Kid, and Parent Braiding Classes are group-based and do not require mandatory attendance, though consistent attendance is encouraged for best results. • Missed Class Rescheduling: If a student is unable to attend a session, they may reschedule for a single makeup day. This is allowed once per enrollment and is subject to available dates. • Rollover Enrollment: In cases of unexpected emergencies or conflicts that prevent a student from attending more than one session, the enrollment may roll over to the next available group class. This requires prior notice and approval from Columbus Braiding Co. • Communication Requirement: Non-attendance without prior communication does not guarantee a makeup session. We appreciate proactive communication to support each student’s progress. Conduct Expectations: • To create a safe and respectful learning environment, Columbus Braiding Co. has a zero-tolerance policy for physical or verbal violence. Any instances of such behavior will result in immediate removal from the class, with no refund provided. • Non-attendance alone will not result in removal from the course. Ohio Braiding Course Attendance: • Mandatory Attendance: Attendance is required for weeks 1, 2, 6, and 8 of the Ohio Braiding Course. Completion of these specific sessions is essential for receiving the necessary documentation to apply for an Ohio braiding license. • Makeup Sessions for Required Weeks: Due to state requirements, makeup sessions for mandatory weeks may be arranged on a case-by-case basis, based on availability.
