Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled service. A Cancellation consists of: -Canceling your appointment online -Speaking directly with a Columbus Braiding Co rep to cancel your appointment There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. Any no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a fee equal to 30% of your balance. By scheduling your appointment, you are acknowledging that you have carefully read and agree to all policies.
